Unicolt Technology Ltd — This policy applies to the Clovra platform operated by Unicolt Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Unicolt Technology Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the Clovra loyalty platform. We are based in London, England. We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Clovra service. Contact us regarding data protection at: technologyunicolt@gmail.com
We collect and process the following categories of personal data: • Business account data: name, email address, business name, business address, phone number. • Customer app data: name, email address, point balances, transaction history, device identifiers. • Usage data: log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access. • Payment data: billing details processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. • Location data: your device's location is read on-device only to calculate distances to nearby businesses and show relevant deals. Your precise location coordinates are never sent to or stored on our servers. • Push notification data: if you enable push notifications, we store a device push token to deliver notifications about offers and account activity. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. • Cookie data: as described in our Cookie Policy.
We use personal data to: • Provide, operate and improve the Clovra platform. • Manage your account and respond to support queries. • Send transactional and service-related communications. • Send marketing communications where you have consented or we have a legitimate interest (you can opt out at any time). • Comply with legal obligations. • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
We process personal data under the following lawful bases: • Contract: processing necessary to perform the contract with you. • Legitimate interests: improving our services, security, fraud prevention. • Consent: marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you may withdraw consent at any time). • Legal obligation: compliance with applicable UK law.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Business account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 6 years after termination. Customer app data is retained in line with the business customer's settings.

Clovra is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at technologyunicolt@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
